We are now hiring Managers for several Louisville and Southern Indiana locations, including Middletown, Old Henry, Simpsonville, New Albany, Jeffersonville, Fern Valley, and South Point Areas.
Education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
Experience requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience managing people in a restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
• Receive direction and report to the District Manager.
• Exercise direct supervision of 15-50 employees.
• Manage a Zaxby’s unit toward the attainment of agreed upon sales and profit goals, working within the framework of company values and policies.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of their store location.
Skills
• Ability to work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment, sometimes in hazardous conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods of time.
